ABOUT
Casa llūma, inspired by llum – Catalan for light – was founded from the belief that our light shines brightest when we move through life with ease.
In a world often shaped by ambition and the pursuit of what comes next, we believe this sense of ease can be found in moments of pause.
More than a retreat, casa llūma is an invitation to step away from the pace of everyday life and experience a space where movement meets recovery, where strength meets softness, and where meaningful connections become lasting memories.

I believe the answers we are looking for rarely come when life is at its loudest.
They appear in the quiet moments. When we slow down enough to notice what we've been carrying, what we truly need and what has always been there beneath the noise.
Creating casa llūma came from that belief.
My intention is to create spaces that invite people to pause, reconnect and remember that sometimes the most meaningful thing we can do is simply be with ourselves.

I believe that wellbeing is found in balance.
What began as a way to move my body, gradually became the way I navigate life.
I learned that true strength isn't only found in pushing limits and staying in control, but also in slowing down and creating space to recover.
With casa llūma, I aim to create experiences that inspire people to balance between being strong and being gentle, between striving for who we want to become and appreciating who we already are.

THE STORY BEHIND
This is the story behind casa llūma – and the quiet belief that the people who are meant to find each other always do.
Our story began when we happened to work for the same company. At first, we'd only known each other virtually. It wasn't until we finally met in person that one evening together turned into countless conversations.
Those conversations became true friendship. And over time, that friendship became something that now feels like home.
People often mistake us for sisters – sometimes even twins. Maybe it's because we think the same thoughts, finish each other's sentences, and, more than anything, bring out the best in one another.
Looking back, casa llūma didn't just begin with the idea of hosting pilates retreats. It began much earlier – with finding each other.
Finding each other became the inspiration to create a space that naturally brings people together – through movement and recovery, through strength and softness, through shared experiences, that create lasting memories.
